Frank Anthony Debate Competition

St Kabir's School recently hosted the Frank Anthony All India Inter School Debate Competition, 2024 (Pool - B1, Stage-1, Category - 2), generating significant buzz in the city. The event featured six teams passionately debating the topic, (Exploring a new world is a contention for no gain). The young speakers captivated the audience with their vibrant thoughts and articulate arguments.

The panel of judges included distinguished educationists Dr. S.K. Vasishtha (Ph.D. from Punjab University), Mr. Vinod Mehta (Former Director of Commercial Broadcasting Service AIR, Delhi), and Dr. Suruchi (Asst. Professor at Dayanand College, M.A. History, NET, Ph.D.). Ms Sapna Singh was the Moderator for the event handling the smooth conduct of the event.

Certificates were awarded to all winners and participants.The event concluded with a powerful street play titled (Social Media ka Bukhar), which delivered a compelling message about the importance of being cautious and sensible while using social media. The management praised the hard work and commendable efforts of the teams and their teacher in-charges, wishing them continued success in future endeavors.





Honour of doctorate of literature

Congratulations to Col. K.S. Saini and Mrs. Rashmi Prabha for their well-deserved honours! Col. Saini's lifetime achievement award and honorary Doctorate of Literature are a testament to his dedication and leadership, while Mrs. Prabha's innovative teaching strategies and environmental consciousness make her an intellectual role model.


Global Award

St. Kabir's School was honored with the Global Award for Excellence of the Year 2016 by the Friendship Forum in New Delhi. The school's Director, Col. K. S. Saini, was honored with the Best Educationist of the Year award and shared the honor of chief guest with Ex-Governor of Sikkim Chaudhary Ranveer Singh. On this occasion, Col. K. S. Saini expressed his gratitude for the school's teachers and students, who are performing at par with excellence. Additionally, he conducted a conference on Economic Growth & National Unit.


Best School Trophy

St. Kabir's School received the Best School Trophy and appreciation certificates from the Unified Council for its outstanding performance in the Unified Cyber Olympiad, with numerous merit holders. This recognition aims to motivate and assist children in enhancing their knowledge in logical reasoning, mental ability, and computer knowledge.


International convention of invention in classroom

Mrs. Smita Agrawal was honored at the International Convention of Invention in Classroom 2015 for her innovative ideas. The recognition was conferred by Mr. Mike Thiruman, President of the Singapore Teacher’s Union CEO Educare Cooperative Ltd, and Mrs. Geeta, Principal of Khaitan Public School Sahibabad. Mrs. Agrawal presented innovative ideas including a bicycle plough, a multipurpose stick for disabled people, and biofuel from pencil scrap.


Paryavaran Mitra Puruskar

St. Kabir's School was awarded the Paryavaran Mitra Puraskar in 2013 for being the Best Green School in Haryana and was also shortlisted among the top 15 National Green Schools in India, competing with more than 200,000 schools. Mrs. Rashmi Prabha, the Vice Principal, was awarded as the Best Green Teacher in Haryana by the Paryavaran Mitra Organization for initiating and coordinating all green activities and creating green handprints in the school.

St. Kabir's School submitted three action projects for Paryavaran Purskar under the categories of biodiversity, energy, and management. The school's green efforts were appreciated at the annual award ceremony attended by the Director, Col. Dr. Saini, and Vice Principal, Mrs. Rashmi Prabha, and the school was awarded the Green Trophy and Award.


International Convention on Inventions in the Classroom-2016 (ICIC)

The International Convention on Inventions in the Classroom-2016 (ICIC) provided a platform for teachers to share their innovations and was an open competition for educators to introduce new tools and methodologies for teaching and assessments. The event featured 46 participants from various states across India, as well as from abroad, including Pakistan and Nepal. Chris Williams, a British Council ambassador and International School Partnerships’ specialist from the UK, served as the chief guest. In the Science category, the first prize was shared by Smita from St. Kabir School, Hissar, Haryana.


Teacherathon Award

The Teacherathon award was established by Lilavati Poddar High School and its board of trustees to recognize individual teachers and educators excelling in technology-aided teaching and learning for their students. The mission was to acknowledge educators who are paving the way to connect learning and providing a model for teaching, learning, and leading in the digital age. Mrs. Smita Agrawal participated in Teacherathon 2016 and was awarded for her outstanding innovative approach in technology-aided teaching and learning.


I Can Award

The school's project for the DFC School Challenge 2016, titled ‘खेलेगा इंडिया तो बढ़ेगा इंडिया’, was selected as one of the ‘20 most inspiring stories’ out of 3610 stories of change received from 27 states of India. The project underwent a thorough evaluation process by a jury panel comprising eminent personalities from across the globe and was shortlisted among the 20 most inspiring stories of the year, nominated in the Top 5 innovative stories. The project demonstrated the use of essential ingredients of design thinking such as innovation, team spirit, and empathy while addressing challenges. The efforts of the teachers and students were congratulated, highlighting their potential as future change makers.


SAPRKLING INDIAN AWARD

Mrs. Sapna Singh had honoured as SAPRKLING INDIAN AWARD by Friendship forum of India for her outstanding contribution in the field of Education & cultural upliftment. She is highly motivated and enthusiastic teachers.


Best Educationist Award

Mrs. Sonia Mehta was honored with the Best Educationist Award by the International Institute of Education and Management. The award was presented by Dr. G.V.G. Krishnamurthy, former Chief Election Commissioner, and Dr. Bhishm Narayan Singh, former Governor of Tamilnadu and North Eastern States.


Best School Award

St. Kabir's School in Hisar was honored with the "Best School Award" for the fourth consecutive year in Hisar City by a leading Education and Human Development Magazine in the country. The school was rated and ranked based on different parameters of education excellence in a Digital Learning Magazine survey. Congratulations were extended to each member of the St. Kabir's family for this achievement.


Brainfeed School Excellence Award

St. Kabir's School in Hisar was recognized and appreciated with the School Excellence Award by Brainfeed School Excellence Award at the 5th National Conference for imparting holistic and quality education. The awards function was held on February 24, 2018, at Shivalik view Chandigarh. The jury highly appreciated the vision and principle of St. Kabir's School and was impressed by its contribution towards the cause of quality education through exemplary performance. The prestigious award was collected by Director Ms. Neha Singh and Principal Ms. Neeru Mehtani on behalf of everyone directly or indirectly connected with St. Kabir's Hisar. Mrs. Saroj Siwach has been honored with the Best Educationist Award at the National level by the International Institute of Management and Education. Mrs. Siwach's educational philosophy revolves around making science enjoyable for children. Mr.Ramesh had honoured by Fastest Growing Education Excellence Award by the Economic Society For Health and Education for his excellence in the field of sports & education. He was honoured by Hon’ble minister Dr.V.B. Soni ,Former Diplomat Retired from the Indian Foreign Sevices ,His Excellency Mr Kareecho Samuel Minister High Commissioner of Kenya,Prof S.S.Bhakri Director Institute of UN & UNESCO Studies,Padma Shri Jaspal Rana gold medalist Asian & Commonwealth Games & Shri Pradeep Tamta member of parliament Rajya Sabha.


Mother Teresa Award

Ms. Meenakshi Vedi, a Hindi faculty, has been honored with the Mother Teresa Award, a recognition associated with qualities of peace, care, and humanity. The award is bestowed upon individuals who exhibit kindness in words, softness in sound, humanity in soul, and honesty in behavior, reflecting the virtues embodied by Mother Teresa. The award was conferred by Shri Ranvier, former governor of Sikkim.


Rising Daughter of The Nation by Friendship Forum

Mrs. Rekha has been honored with the "Rising Daughter of the Nation" award by the Friendship Forum. This recognition is a testament to her outstanding qualities, characterized by a sweet smile, dedication, and the principle of "duty before beauty." St. Kabir's commitment to acknowledging and respecting deserving individuals is reflected in this prestigious award, which recognizes Mrs. Rekha for her indefinable hard work and contributions.
