KABIR’S GREENATHON
The fact that the planet is in trouble is not something that can be disputed even if we believe or don’t believe in global warming. As this is the only home we have and as our children and their children take over, it becomes a greater cause for concern. There is no point in waiting for a magic bullet solution to the problems; nothing will really change unless we make the effort to change as well. St. Kabir’s Greenathon for promotion of environment protection is another step towards the greener Earth .

A grateful management staff and students celebrate 30th September as the mentor’s day in the memory of former founder principal Shri Ujjal Singh Saini. School Community Service
Inculcating moral ethics in today’s young generation is a challenging task. At times, we feel that as parents or teachers we are somehow lagging behind in imparting adequate moral in our young generation. We can gradually see the social value and relations are fading away from the society. St.Kabir’s school is making efforts to revive those values in the future citizen of our nation under the programme SCHOOL COMMUNITY SERVICES by involving students and teachers. School has adopted a village called ‘Ramayana’ situated 40 kms from Hisar where students and teachers regularly visit and carry out many awareness campaigns. Contribution of books, plantation, Health & Hygiene are routine activities. Creating awareness through street plays on safeguarding existing water bodies which all are badly polluted are always on priority.
Under this sections, school covers Orphanage house, Old age Home and Slum areas too.
Kids from orphanages, or weaker section are also part of SUMMER HOOPLA or other exhibitions and events to support them .The learning experience gained through active participation would imbibe students with the value system in young generation. Also, students develop civic and social responsibility skill and become more aware of their community needs. Such learning experience may acts as catalyst in the life of a student where a student may seek to develop an innovative solution to any complex social-issue which he/she has encountered. The true test will be to see if a large number of students will combine the trend at least receive this exposure to work, service and giving back to the community.
